These terms govern quotations, orders and deliveries placed with Shweja Steel Traders. By requesting a quote or placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

Pricing & quotations

Quoted prices are valid for the period stated at the time of quotation and are subject to change based on mill pricing and market conditions.

Billing

All orders are billed with a GST-compliant invoice at the prevailing tax rate applicable at the time of sale.

Delivery

Delivery timelines communicated at the time of order confirmation are estimates and may vary due to material availability, transport conditions or circumstances outside our control.

Returns

Material found defective on delivery should be reported within 48 hours for inspection and replacement. Cut-to-size or custom-fabricated material is non-returnable unless defective.
